Nous recherchons un (e) avocat(e) dynamique et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de litige civil et commercial dans la région d'Ottawa/Gatineau. Ce poste s'adresse particulièrement à un(e) avocat(e) ayant un intérêt marqué et une expérience solide en droit commercial, ainsi qu'une bonne maitrise des dossiers en droit du travail et de la construction. Ce rôle offre l'opportunité de travailler sur des dossiers variés et stimulants en étroite collaboration avec des expert(e)s reconnu(e)s, contribuant activement à des solutions juridiques de grande valeur pour nos clients.
Responsabilités Principales
Gérer et traiter des dossiers de litige, principalement en droit commercial, de manière autonome ou en collaboration, tout en intervenant également sur des cas en droit du travail et en droit de la construction;
Conseiller les clients, élaborer des stratégies juridiques, négocier des ententes et rédiger des procédures judiciaires;
Représenter les clients devant les tribunaux avec professionnalisme et rigueur;
Participer activement aux formations, réunions et collaborations hebdomadaires avec nos équipes de Montréal et Québec.
Qualifications et Compétences
Membre en règle du barreau du Québec (Barreau de l'Ontario, un atout).
Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en litige civil et commercial;
Bonne connaissance des règles de procédures civiles du Québec et des outils bureautiques (Maitre, iManage est un atout);
Excellentes compétences en communication, avec une maitrise avancée de l'anglais (oral et écrit), requise pour la rédaction de documents et les échanges quotidiens avec nos clients et collègues hors Québec;
Aptitudes interpersonnelles, organisation rigoureuse, et capacité à gérer les priorités;
Permis de conduire valide et dossier déontologique impeccable.

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated lawyer to join our civil and commercial litigation team in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. This role is ideal for a lawyer with a strong interest and solid experience in commercial law, along with a proven understanding of labor law and construction law cases. This position offers the opportunity to work on varied and stimulating files, closely collaborating with recognized experts to deliver high-value legal solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation files independently or collaboratively, with a primary focus on commercial law cases, as well as labor and construction law.
Advise clients, develop legal strategies, negotiate agreements, and draft legal documents and proceedings.
Represent clients in court with professionalism and attention to detail.
Actively participate in training sessions, meetings, and weekly collaborations with our teams in Montreal and Quebec City.
Qualifications and Skills:
Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar (Ontario Bar membership is an asset).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in civil and commercial litigation.
Strong knowledge of Quebec civil procedure rules and office software (Maître, iManage is an asset).
Excellent communication skills, with advanced proficiency in English (both oral and written) for drafting documents and daily interactions with clients and colleagues outside Quebec.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organization ability, and adept at prioritizing.
Valid driver's license and impeccable ethical record.
