SOMMAIRE DU POSTE
Relevant du Gestionnaire du département de planification et fabrication des systèmes, le titulaire du poste participe à l'assemblage et au montage de nos systèmes plasma. Il collabore avec l'équipe et participe à des projets d'envergure. Il doit maintenir son environnement sécuritaire et assurer un haut niveau de propreté, de productivité et de qualité dans un climat sain garantissant un état d'esprit positif.
VOTRE RÔLE DANS L'ENTREPRISE
Comprendre et interpréter les dessins d'assemblage 2D & 3D ;
Effectuer les sous-assemblages de composantes mécaniques, électriques et mécano-soudés ;
Assembler et monter chaque sous-système entre eux et s'assurer que les montages mécaniques sont conformes aux plans fournis (incluant la plomberie et test de fuite) ;
Effectuer les raccordements (soudure à l'étain) de plomberie (eau et gaz) des systèmes plasma ;
Exécuter et interpréter les instructions de travail obtenues via le système informatique ;
Être en mesure de suivre, d'appliquer et d'améliorer les instructions de travail ainsi que les initiatives SST, 5S, Kaizen, etc. ;
Démonter les systèmes en vue de la livraison ;
Fabriquer les boîtes en bois utilisées pour la livraison des systèmes (selon les dessins fournis) ;
Effectuer les travaux d'usinage léger tels que : découpe, perçage et taraudage ;

Tekna est spécialisée dans le développement, la fabrication et la vente de poudres métalliques et de systèmes plasma intégrés. Nos poudres métalliques sont principalement destinées au marché de la fabrication additive (impression 3D) pour les marchés de l'aéronautique, du biomédical, de l'automobile et de la microélectronique.
DEP dans un domaine mécanique ou expérience significative dans un domaine pertinent ;
Avoir entre 1 à 2 ans d'expérience pertinente ;
Excellentes habiletés manuelles et minutie ;
Connaissances de base en informatique ;
Avoir un bon sens de l'organisation, de la planification et de la coordination dans un contexte de multitâches ;
Aptitudes à travailler de façon autonome et un excellent sens de l'initiative ;
Excellent esprit d'équipe et de collaboration
