Tu auras la chance de travailler dans une compagnie en pleine expansion dans le domaine des Télécommunications.
Tu auras besoin d'accomplir ces tâches
S'assurer que nous avons les informations complètes de la demande du client.
Répondre aux appels clients pour les aider dans le processus de vente.
Compléter les informations dans notre système interne COMPLUS.
Compléter la transaction sur le site de TELUS.
Appeler au besoin notre support TELUS pour différents besoins.
Vérifier et commander les appareils et accessoires afin d'avoir un bon inventaire.
Suggérer l'appareil, forfait et accessoires aux clients au besoin.
Proposer l'ajout d'accessoires lors du traitement de commande.
S'assurer du suivi de la commande et la livraison.
Ventes d'options de TELUS.
