Vous travaillerez au sein d'une entreprise qui rayonne au niveau mondial, où vous aurez l'occasion d'interagir avec des collègues et partenaires à l'international.
Plus précisément, en tant qu'agent de soutien aux ventes, vous serez appelé à effectuer les tâches suivantes :
Responsabilités Traiter les bons de commande des clients ainsi que de nos partenaires mondiaux Analyser les commandes reçues et s'assurer de la conformité des informations Veiller à ce que les commandes respectent nos politiques internes et les ententes de distribution Émettre les clés logicielles Assurer un suivi quotidien des demandes reçues Contribuer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue du département Élaborer et acheminer les soumissions de renouvellement des comptes corporatifs Participer au processus de validation des soumissions de renouvellement Compétences Détenir une formation dans un domaine pertinent Posséder un minimum de 3 années d'expérience dans le domaine de l'administration ou des ventes Posséder un niveau d'anglais intermédiaire, principalement à l'écrit
• Utiliser Microsoft O365 avec aisance (surtout Excel et Teams) Démontrer une certaine aisance à travailler avec un CRM (connaissance du logiciel Salesforce, un atout) Avoir un intérêt pour le travail administratif, encadré et structuré Être autonome, débrouillard et bon joueur d'équipe Être minutieux et soucieux de la qualité Démontrer une bonne gestion des priorités Posséder un bon esprit d'analyse et faire preuve d'ouverture face au changement Nous offrons des conditions d'emploi avantageuses et un milieu de vie stimulant :
