Join our exceptional dental team in Winchester as a full-time hygienist, providing high-quality care and customer service to the community and patients. We seek a compassionate, dependable, detail-oriented hygienist with a strong chairside manner.
Schedule:
• Monday through Wednesday: 7:30am to 5:15pm
• Thursday: 9:30am to 7:15pm
Compensation:
• $50-$56/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Signing bonus
• $1,000 Health Spending Account (yearly)
• $200 Uniform Allowance
• Monthly Goal Bonuses
• Paid Travel Time (for those commuting from a distance)
• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including scaling, polishing, and applying fluoride varnish
• Take digital X-rays and PAN images as requested by the doctor
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized dental care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans, updating patient information as needed
• Follow infection control protocols, including sterilization
• Take digital scan impressions for night guards
Requirements:
• Registered with the CDHO
• Knowledgeable in dental terminology, both hygiene and dental
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred but not required
• Familiarity with dental office procedure workflows
• Excellent chairside manner and ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages
• Knowledge of Cleardent Software preferred but not required
• One year of experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
