Responsabilités :
Préparation de l'équipement :
Installer et régler le bras de soudage SAW selon les spécifications techniques.
Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des équipements et effectuer les maintenances préventives nécessaires.
Soudage :
Effectuer des soudures de précision en suivant les procédures et les plans de soudage établis.
Surveiller le processus de soudage pour garantir la qualité et la conformité des soudures.
Contrôle de la qualité :
Inspecter visuellement et à l'aide d'instruments les soudures réalisées pour détecter d'éventuels défauts.
Documenter les résultats des inspections et signaler toute anomalie au responsable de cellule.
Sécurité :
Respecter strictement les normes de sécurité en vigueur, porter l'équipement de protection individuelle (EPI) requis.
Participer aux formations de sécurité et aux briefings quotidiens.
Collaboration :
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe de production pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.
Communiquer efficacement avec le responsable de cellule sur les besoins en matériaux et les problèmes rencontrés.
Amélioration continue :
Proposer des améliorations des procédés de soudage pour augmenter l'efficacité et la qualité des productions.
Participer à des sessions de formation pour développer ses compétences techniques.
Compétences requises :
Connaissance des procédés de soudage, en particulier le SAW.
Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et des spécifications techniques.
Maîtrise des outils de mesure et d'inspection.
Sens des responsabilités et souci du détail.
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer clairement.
Certification en soudage (selon les normes applicables) souhaitée
