Située en plein cœur de Sainte-Marie, la résidence Château Sainte-Marie à le bonheur d'accueillir une clientèle en or, autonome ou en perte d'autonomie.
Nous sommes présentement à la recherche de la perle rare pour combler un poste d'adjoint(e) à la maintenance à temps plein.
La personne devra être assez polyvalente : pose de planchers, peinture, pose de toilettes, plâtre etc. Réparations et entretien des appartements de nos résidents.DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:Horaire : lundi au vendredi de jour avec 1 fin de semaine sur 2 de garde
Salaire : 21.25$/heure
RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES:
Administration
Assurer un service à la clientèle de haut niveau
Construction
Assurer l'entretien des espaces et des systèmes de la propriété
Assurer l'entretien et de la propreté des lieux
Collaborer ou effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes au service de maintenance, selon le besoin et à la demande du supérieur immédiat
Effectuer les réparations mineures dans les appartements et les aires communes
Faire des réparations mineures dans les appartements et aires communes (plâtre, peinture, changer les lumières, installations diverses, etc)
Sortir les poubelles
Être disponible pour répondre aux urgences
EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS:
Formation professionnelle en entretien général d'immeuble (un atout)
