Relevant du Directeur général, le titulaire du poste, aura les responsabilités suivantes :
Intervenir directement auprès des employés sur la production, afin de les sensibiliser sur l'importance du respect des procédures ;
Participer à l'élaboration et à l'amélioration des normes en vigueurs ;
Procéder aux tests et aux analyses durant la production et effectuer des inspections de surveillances de la production afin de se conformer au programme de qualité et de salubrité ;
Informer les superviseurs concernés de toutes anomalies notées ;
S'assurer que des mesures correctives adéquates sont mises en œuvre en cas de non-conformité ;
Rédiger des rapports pour tenir compte des améliorations à apporter ;
Planifier la mise en œuvre des audits internes, internes et des enquêtes ;
Émettre des recommandations pour l'amélioration de la qualité ;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes requises du poste.
Responsabilités
Détenir un certificat en science et technologie ou toutes autres formations équivalentes ;
2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans le milieu manufacturier ;
Expérience pertinente en implantation de certification (FSSC, LEPP, ISO, etc.) serait un atout;
Bilingue (Anglais et Français) ;
Capable de distinguer les couleurs ;
Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office ;
Détenir une bonne capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de vulgarisation;
Faire preuve d'autonomie, d'initiative et de dynamisme.
