Responsabilités

Description
Volet service à la clientèle
Communiquer avec le client pour confirmer les données nécessaires à la production du projet;
S'assurer que tous les éléments présentés au client correspondent aux standards et aux attentes de celui-ci.
Volet gestion de projet
Coordonner les projets auprès de l'équipe de travail en gardant une bonne communication avec les différents intervenants et en respectant les échéanciers;
Recueillir et compiler toutes les informations pour procéder à l'ouverture et au maintien de tous les projets dans les différents systèmes de gestion de données de la compagnie et s'assurer de les maintenir à jour.
Volet estimation
S'assurer que l'estimé correspond au projet mis en production;
Réviser l'estimer au besoin et s'assurer que toutes les opérations sont bien chargées au client.
Au besoin, effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.Avantages
