Les Jardins le Flandre, sympathique résidence privée pour aînés située à Limoilou, est à la recherche d'une personne pour combler un poste d'adjoint(e) administratif(ive) à temps plein.
Nous offrons la télé médecine, programme d'aide aux employés, repas à petit prix et plus encore!DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:Horaire : lundi au vendredi de jour
Salaire : à discuter
RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES:
Effectuer des entrées de données comptables (traitement des comptes à payer, à recevoir, etc.)
Administration
Assurer un service à la clientèle de haut niveau
Assister le supérieur immédiat et les autres membres de l'équipe dans les tâches quotidiennes et administratives
Effectuer le suivi des dossiers, surveiller les échéanciers, effectuer les rappels, voir à obtenir les informations demandées dans les délais prescrits
Maintenir à jour les différents registres
Participer aux projets spéciaux qui lui sont assignés
Participer à toute autre tâche connexe requise par votre supérieur immédiat
EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS:
DEP ou DEC en administration, comptabilité ou bureautique
Maîtrise des logiciels Word, Excel et Outlook
1 année d'expérience pertinente sera considérer comme un atout important
