Responsibilities:

Manage projects and activities related to major milestones for one of many existing and/or new platforms.
Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule, and budget of projects.
Lead and coordinate Engineering Change planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders.
Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, and communicate and harmonize these priorities.
Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution.
Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement/resource allocation.
Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization.
Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews.

How to thrive in this role?

You have an Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent working experience, with 5-8 years in project management or aerospace.
You are familiar with Program/Project Management processes and principles.
You have sound aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience.
Previous experience in structural and/or systems development would be an asset.
You demonstrate a professional attitude and superior communication skills.
You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to objectives and responsibilities.
You have a natural leadership and proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You are self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
You are technically curious.
You demonstrate the ability to work willingly and independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
You have effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets.
You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an asset.
