As a Senior Advisor in the International Services team at National Bank, you will be acting as the reference person for the sector. It is through your motivation to work as a team to change things and question the status quo, your experience in process management and your knowledge of international products and technology, that you have a positive impact on the lives of your colleagues, customer experience, and the Bank's efficiency in promoting the delivery of continuous value.
Your role :

Participate in different projects to improve the quality of service, customer experience, operational processes in different sectors
Write, review, and edit all documentation (operational processes, product development, procedures. )
Develop and propose effective work tools/processes to improve the operation's profitability
Establish and maintain effective communication with our various partners in international activities
Coordinate the production and updating of all documents for the sector
Support our business partners to ensure the stability of their work tools
Your team:

As part of the International Services sector, you will be part of a team of 10 colleagues, and you will report to the Product Manager. Our team stands out for its expertise in its products, processes and teamwork. We maintain a very high quality of delivery in a great work atmosphere.

Prerequisites :

Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years' relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and three years' relevant experience OR University certificate and seven years' relevant experience
