Sommaire du poste
Relevant du Directeur général, le titulaire est responsable de la location d'appartements de la résidence et de la vente de services personnalisés à une clientèle de personnes retraitées. Il doit atteindre des objectifs précis dans le domaine des ventes, élargir la base de la clientèle en faisant du réseautage et des activités de prospection pour trouver de nouveaux débouchés et participer à des activités permettant de promouvoir ce qui distingue la résidence.
Exigences
DEC en marketing, DEP en vente ou l'équivalent
Expérience de 3 ans dont 2 ans dans la vente de services
Démontrer les valeurs RESPECT de Chartwell
Habiletés de réseautage et de communication
Esprit d'analyse et de persuasion
Capacité d'écoute des besoins de ses clients
Orientation service client
Capacité de travailler en équipe
Grande disponibilité et flexibilité au niveau des horaires (fin de semaine selon la rotation établie avec l'équipe de gestion en place et disponibilité pour des événements spéciaux)
Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et habiletés avec les nouvelles technologies de l'information
