Des professionnels de la vente motivés qui détiennent un permis d'assurance vie valide ou un certificat d'assurance de personnes au Québec, ou qui ont les compétences nécessaires pour l'obtenir avant la date d'entrée en fonction, sont recherchés pour occuper le poste de Conseiller-ère en Assurance Autorisé.
Les responsabilités incluent la vente d'assurance soins médicaux et dentaires, d'assurance voyage et d'assurance vie, ainsi que la réponse à des appels entrants, des appels sortants et des interactions en ligne efficaces et professionnelles avec des clients ayant manifesté de l'intérêt pour nos produits.
Les candidats idéaux sont énergiques, excellents dans les communications verbales et écrites, et ont une grande aptitude pour l'écoute active.
Ils sont également branchés sur le client, motivés par les cibles de vente et souhaitent prendre en main leur rémunération totale potentielle.
Les qualités souhaitables incluent l'expérience dans le domaine de la vente par téléphone ou dans un centre d'appels, l'expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance maladie et de l'assurance vie, un diplôme d'études postsecondaires et une connaissance de Salesforce ou d'autres outils de gestion des relations avec les clients.
Le bilinguisme est requis, et les candidats retenus devront communiquer en anglais et en français afin de servir les clients de diverses provinces autre que le Québec.
