- S'occuper du recrutement- Veiller à former et accompagner l'équipe des adjointes chargé de projets- Gérer et optimiser la gestion des projets- Veiller à l'application des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise;
• Être une personne ressource au sein de l'entreprise- Toutes autres tâches connexes à l'administration et en ressources humaine
La personne en poste doit détenir un diplôme universitaire et une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans un poste similaire .Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne dotée de professionnalisme, d'un esprit d'initiative ainsi que d'une bonne capacité d'analyse.
Celle-ci doit également être intègre et rigoureuse dans son travail.
Le leadership et l'esprit d'équipe sont également deux caractéristiques importantes à détenir.
Être dynamique et structuré est essentiel.
• La personne recherchée devra être ponctuelle, débrouillarde et en mesure de travailler dans un milieu qui bouge beaucoup.- Elle doit être dynamique, avoir de bonnes connaissances avec MS Office et capacité à apprendre le fonctionnement d'autres logiciels et applications rapidement.- Bonne capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à respecter les échéanciers sous la pression.
