Services sociaux et relation d'aideJoins-toi à la Coopérative Défi-Autonomie d'Antoine-Labelle, une entreprise d'économie sociale comptant plus de 100 employés ayant pour mission d'offrir à la population de la MRC d'Antoine-Labelle un support aux activités de vie à domicile adapté à ses besoins de sécurité et de liberté.Dans une attitude d'ouverture, de bienveillance et de respect du rythme des personnes, l'intervenant(e) joue un rôle actif de création de liens de confiance auprès des locataires.
Sur une base volontaire et confidentielle, l'intervenant(e) utilise ce lien de proximité afin d'accompagner les locataires dans leur quotidien et dans la recherche de leurs propres solutions.Sommaire des tâches et responsabilitésFaire de l'accompagnement et le suivi individuel des résidents en fonction des problématiques identifiées.Faire de la prévention, de l'information et de la sensibilisation auprès des résidents.Tenir des rencontres individuelles et/ou de groupe avec les résidents.Faire du dépistage et de l'accompagnement vers les ressources du milieu en fonction des problématiques vécues par les résidents.Planifier et développer des services d'entraide, des services culturels et sociaux visant l'amélioration de la qualité de vie des locataires et briser l'isolement.Mobiliser, favoriser et soutenir la vie associative et communautaire notamment par la collaboration avec les associations des locataires.Tenir les données statistiques en lien avec la réalisation de son mandat.Collaborer avec les intervenants de l'OMH.Exigences et conditionsVous possédez :
Diplôme d'études dans un domaine relatif au poste.Deux à trois ans d'expérience dans un domaine connexe au poste.Connaissance en informatique, notamment l'environnement TEAMS et Office365.Une voiture et un permis de conduire valide étant donné les déplacements prévus dans plusieurs municipalités de la MRC.Vous êtes :
Autonome et capable de faire preuve de leadership.Excellent communicateur et facilité à entrer en contact.Aptitudes en relation d'aide et empathique.Respectueux de la confidentialité.Capable de travailler en équipe et de rendre compte de vos actions à votre personne-ressource.Avantages sociauxCe que nous offrons :
