Sommaire du poste
À titre de préposé à l'entretien lourd, relevant du directeur de la maintenance, vous serez responsable de nettoyer et d'entretenir les locaux et les terrains afin de maintenir en bon état et propres les espaces extérieurs et intérieurs. Vous serez appelé à effectuer les réparations, les installations et les inspections nécessaires à l'entretien de l'édifice et des équipements.
Pré-requis
DEP en entretien général d'immeubles ou une combinaison de scolarité et d'expérience équivalente pertinente pourrait aussi être considérée
12 à 24 mois d'expérience dans un poste similaire
Capacité à faire du travail physique et à soulever des charges
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome
Passionner des retraités et orienter vers le service à la clientèle
Démontrer et valoriser une culture et un environnement axé sur les valeurs Chartwell qui se définissent par le R.E.S.P.E.C.T.
