Il conseille la clientèle dans le choix des matériaux et des quantités requises selon les besoins et devis présentés.
Il peut également se voir confier certaines responsabilités de commandes et de marchandisage.Vos principales responsabilités
Conseiller la clientèle pour l'achat de produits et de matériaux;
Calculer et faire le suivi des soumissions pour la vente de matériaux;
Faire la lecture de plans;
Communiquer avec les différents fournisseurs et faire les suivis nécessaires avec ceux-ci ;
Planifier les commandes à livrer en collaboration avec l'équipe de cour et les fournisseurs;
Rechercher les produits demandés par la clientèle et réaliser des commandes spéciales au besoin;
Effectuer la facturation des clients, faire des suivis par téléphone et par courriel;
Travailler en collaboration avec les conseillers-vendeurs des autres départements;
Effectuer la réception de marchandise;
Effectuer le service après-vente;
Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes liées à ce poste.
Détenir un DEP, un DES ou une équivalence de secondaire;
Expérience pertinente de 3 ans dans la vente-conseil de matériaux;
Aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle, la vente et le travail d'équipe;
Avoir de bonnes connaissances des matériaux (produits et soumissions) et des fournisseurs;
Être familier à travailler dans un environnement informatisé.
