About this team

The Digital Product Management team is a key part of the overall Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Team.
This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guest experience for International (EMEA + South East Asia) Ecommerce, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Operations, as well as third-party vendors.

A day in the life:
what you'll do

  1. This role will be responsible for defining requirements and delivering features relating to lululemon's International Ecommerce Acceleration strategy.
  2. Responsible for sizing features in terms of Guest & Business Impact and collaborate with developers, business analysts and vendors to lead feature prioritization & sequencing.
  3. Define metrics for work output within a defined measurement framework and map these to KPIs / OKRs.
  4. Make data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, industry benchmarks and emerging trends, in collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  5. Assess performance of work output and identify the need to adjust plans and replan work.

Qualifications

  1. 3-5+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing applications with external/3rd party vendors.
    Up to 2 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of product management experience.
  2. Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred).
  3. Preference for candidates who have experience working on digital/ecommerce products with end users outside North America, on an Agile Scrum team, and familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or cross-border ecommerce software solutions (e.g.
    Global-e, eShopWorld).
  4. Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills).
  5. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations.
  6. Ability to drive results independently but thrives in collaborative environments.
  7. Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting, and acting on productive feedback.
  8. Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment.
  9. Demonstrated leadership; mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution.
  10. Experience leading product teams with a diverse range of skill sets, locations and direct and in-direct reporting relationships.

Bachelor's degree in related field AND several years experience in marketing/advertising/e-business required.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance.
The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800 - 138,800 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:
Hybrid.
In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely.
Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
