The opportunity Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Implementation Technician to join our Customer Delivery team! In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing installations while providing first and second-level technical support to clients.
With a focus on building strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth installations and contributing to our company's growth and reputation.

Compile and review information to ensure installations meet customer needs and system requirements.
Install hardware following manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
Configure, test, and commission systems, providing basic training to end-users and administrators.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues, including hardware repairs or replacements.
Complete and update configuration details and steps taken in Customer Services ticketing system Perform system reconfigurations or upgrades as needed.
Plan and execute remote installations, guiding 3rd-party service partners when required.
Address installation issues during warranty service calls.
Prepare and deliver reports for customers or management as needed.
Maintain timely and professional communication with customers throughout the installation process.
Provide first and second-level technical support for customers and internal teams.
Build strong customer relationships during installations and support calls.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve service goals and meet project timelines.
What you bring:
Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 5+ years of product support experience, including troubleshooting complex product issues Experience with installation or support of RFID Technical Skills Strong electronic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Solid judgement, teamwork, and a quality-focused mindset Familiarity with project management principles; PMP or other certification is an asset Soft Skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with fluency in English (oral and written) French language proficiency is an asset Ability to produce detailed, clear reports and documentation Travel Requirement:
Ability to travel within Canada/US/International Clean driving record and ability to rent a car is considered an asset.
