This position will be responsible for customer service, cashiering and helping out where needed.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer ServiceManage orders from representatives and customers and ensure follow-upPerform invoicing and merchandise returns, stocking shelvesManage the cash register and close batchesAnswer phone callsAnswering emailsAll other related tasksJOB REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION High School DiplomaEXPERIENCE 2 to 5 years experience in a similar positionExperience in customer serviceSKILLS Knowledge of the maple syrup industry (an important asset)Good computer knowledgeFlexible and available (if extra time is needed)Good physical abilityGood team spiritMonday - Friday 8am -4:
30pm and Saturdays 8am to 4pm.
Overtime as needed.
