This includes programs such as Job Architecture, Competency Mapping, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.Who you report to:

Develop, champion and lead proactive global talent management strategies and processes, including but not limited to job architecture, competency frameworks, performance management programs, and succession planning.Partner with HR Business Partners and Client Groups to develop, implement, and support Talent Management programs.Support and facilitate change management related to TM program rollout to ensure adoption across the organization.Cross functional collaboration with other HR/Admin functions to ensure alignment and integration of HR programs to facilitate smooth rollout of programs.Act as a trusted advisor on talent-related matters, providing guidance and insights into best practices.Identify efficiencies to continuously improve our talent programs.Build scalable professional development programs and tools that aid in growing employee capabilities and promoting career progression.Assess talent management strategies to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embraced by the organization.Analyze metrics and propose strategies to improve employee experience, morale, productivity, and retention.Other duties as required.Who you are:
University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline, and/or equivalent work experience in an HR team.Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in a Talent Management or similar role, preferably in a high-tech environment.Superior communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, including Senior Leadership.Considerable problem-solving and analytical skills to anticipate and navigate talent-related business challenges.Experience with progressive HR trends in practical terms - not just theory.Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce and/or Cornerstone is considered an asset.This position is a hybrid role based ideally in the Greater Ottawa Area.
