You will use your creativity and understanding of current styling trends and visual merchandising techniques to meet our product and customer strategies for each brand.
Partnering with the Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of the store's business and support day-to-day operations.What You'll LoveExpand your closet with 50% off regular priced productFeel and look your best with our fashion-forward dress codeBe recognized with our length of service milestone career celebrationsDevelop and grow with our training and development and our career advancement opportunitiesRecognition for individual and team accomplishmentsMental health and life wellness supports for all team membersComprehensive benefit plan for full-time team membersFlexible scheduling and shiftsHow You'll ContributeMaintain all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall team leadership.Deliver brand fashion ability through the creation and execution of store visual merchandise presentation.Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer-focused sales associates and leaders.Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values.Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties.Execute all merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation aspects of the store according to our standards and directives.Implement Brand(s) visual standards and seasonal merchandising plans to achieve a consistency of visual display.Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers.Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness.Provide leadership to the store team by offering guidance, coaching, and training to achieve great results.Create a positive work environment that embodies our values.Who You AreExperienced retail supervisor who can motivate, train, and coach others to success.Holds strong retail and business acumen.Strong visual merchandising skills and the ability to drive business through fashion consciousness and commerciality will be an asset.Excellent sales skills and committed to ensuring amazing customer experiences.Committed to teamwork and can apply our philosophy that 'none of us is as good as all of us.'Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store.Has flexible availability; Assistant Managers work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.RICKIS' STORYFrom a single store in 1939 in Brandon, Manitoba, Ricki's has grown to become a destination for fashionable workwear.
