IT Technician (Logistics)Location- Cornwall, Ontario (Fully Onsite)
•
• The Jr.
Technical support role is required for day-to-day support of equipment in the logistics environment.
• This role is also responsible for receiving, tracking, and resolving L1 Service Desk requests and incidents, submitted by customers via walk-up or systematically by using Service Now.
• Monitor Data centre alarms and co-ordinate with 3rd Party, SSC and Global Technology for maintenance.
• Major Responsibilities
• Serves as first point of contact for DC/FC users seeking IT support.
• Assist with supporting Microsoft Windows and its office products.
• Support on all office printers (HP)
• Must Have Skills
• 1-2 years of related experience or technical educational Background.
• Working Knowledge of Networking (WIFI), VDI, Windows 10/11 O/S, O365, Service Now etc.
• Problem Solving and Good Communication skills required.
