We are a fully remote, female founded and run, cloud accounting and bookkeeping practice with a mission to bring the human touch to accounting and provide unparalleled guidance to entrepreneurs.

We work with scaling entrepreneurs, typically between $1-10 million in gross revenue, to build and maintain their financial and operational infrastructure to create a solid financial foundation on which they can grow their businesses.

Here's what you will be doing as our new Bookkeeping & Customer Experience (CX) Lead;

• First point of contact for team of bookkeepers on accounting queries

• Coaching team through stuck points, always with an eye to help team members level up their skills and competencies

• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Client file reviews

• HST Reviews and filings

• Ensure timely delivery of monthly financials to clients with high accountability

• Manage weekly/monthly work in practice management software, Karbon, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work

• Assist management team with resource planning for all client work distributed amongst the team

• Share in responsibility for inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains & attracts top talent

Additional Information;

Salary: $80,000-$90,000/annum, to commensurate with people management experience
