Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by engaging with clients, understanding their HVAC needs, and providing tailored solutions.
If you have a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you! The position will directly support our outside sales team by preparing sales documentation, submittal drawings and supporting projects through our release process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding HVAC products and services with accuracy and enthusiasm.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.- Prepare detailed quotes and proposals, ensuring competitive pricing and product information.- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver detailed sales release documents to production- Track sales metrics and report on progress to management regularly.- Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns with professionalism and care.- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.- 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
