Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Conduct outbound sales calls to identify and qualify potential clients.
Utilize proven cold-calling strategies, including permission-based intros, relevance-focused openers, and priority drops for impactful conversations.
Turn warm leads into confident, ready-to-succeed clients.
Conduct personalized onboarding presentations to ensure clients feel informed and excited about their journey.
Take full ownership of the process, from initial outreach to closing deals with engaging presentations.
Client Relationships:
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by effectively addressing inquiries and concerns.
Data Management:
Accurately track and manage all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Compensation Plan:
Core Earnings
CA$300 Per Converted Lead: Earn $300 for every lead that becomes a paying client.
Performance Bonuses
Monthly Bonus: Earn an additional $100 for every 5 converted leads in a month.
