Kelly Services has partnered with a financial client in Toronto, Ontario to recruit for a full time Direct Hire Perm role for Strategic Sourcing ManagerLocation:
Toronto, OntarioSalary:
$90,000- $110,000 annually + bonus+ benefitsStandard work hours:
7.5 hours per day, flexible between 8:
00 AM - 4:
00 PM or 8:
30 AM - 4:
30 PM.Candidate Profile:
Seeking seasoned sourcing professionals with expertise in the financial industry.Essential skills:
Strong communication, confidence, ability to influence cost reductions, and presentation skills for leadership.Familiarity with contract terminology and negotiation processes.EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATIONPost-Secondary Education7+ years of related experienceAdvance Negotiation Skills:
Proficient in negotiating complex contracts and terms for IT solutionsStrategic Sourcing:
Developing and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with business goalsSupplier Development:
Working closely with suppliers to improve quality, costs, and delivery performanceRisk Management:
Identifying and mitigating risks related to sourcing and supply chain disruptionsContract Negotiation and Management:
Managing complex contracts, including terms, conditions, and performance metricsJob Accountabilities:
