Strategic Alliances and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced and Strategic Alliances and Partnerships Manager to build, manage, and grow our partnerships with key technology and service providers, including Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. The Alliances Lead will be responsible for driving joint go-to-market initiatives, fostering co-selling opportunities, and ensuring our partnerships generate measurable business value. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of alliance ecosystems, strong relationship-building skills, and experience in navigating enterprise sales environments.

Responsibilities

1. Partnership Development & Management

• Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with key technology vendors, service providers, and channel partners.
• Develop joint business plans with partners, including shared goals, revenue targets, and marketing initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, fostering strong relationships at all levels (executive, sales, marketing, and technical teams).

2. Opportunity Generation

• Collaborate with partners to identify and drive co-selling opportunities, ensuring alignment with internal sales goals.
• Manage the partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, ensuring opportunities are properly attributed in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to enable them to effectively position and sell partner solutions.

3. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

• Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with partners, including co-branded campaigns, events, and solution offerings.
• Align with internal marketing teams to create partner-specific content, messaging, and programs.
• Monitor and report on the success of GTM initiatives, including ROI and partner-driven revenue.

4. Enablement & Education

• Train internal sales teams on partner solutions, value propositions, and co-selling strategies.
• Ensure partners are well-equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and collateral to promote joint offerings.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues and address roadblocks.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with company objectives.
• Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize partnerships that drive the greatest business value.
• Represent the company at partner meetings, events, and industry conferences to build credibility and expand the partner network.

6. Metrics & Reporting

• Track and report on key performance metrics, including partner-sourced revenue, partner-influenced deals, and pipeline growth.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on partnership performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor partnerships to identify areas for growth and differentiation.

Must Have Skills

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships that generate measurable revenue.
• Experience in working with enterprise technology providers (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc.) is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of B2B sales and the role of partnerships in enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnerships with long-term business goals.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and partner management platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with co-selling models and partner ecosystem management.
• Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Understanding of partner-driven marketing and GTM strategies.
