As a Senior Project Manager, you will make an impact by leading and running sophisticated projects from initiation to closure ensuring successful delivery within scope budget and timeline.
You will be a valued member of our team and work collaboratively with stakeholders and other business members.

In this role, you will

Lead all aspects of project planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization and efficiency.
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to project teams encouraging a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Communicate optimally with team members providing regular updates on project status milestones and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs status updates and retrospectives to ensure alignment and clarity.
Handle project budgets track expenses and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk registers.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless integration and delivery of project outcomes.
Provide mentorship and support to junior project managers fostering their professional growth and development.
Ensure projects align with organizational goals and chip in to the overall success and impact on society.

What you'll need to succeed (required skills)

Possess extensive experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) and Psft
Program Management.
Demonstrate strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
Exhibit excellent communication and team member management abilities.
Have a proven track record of optimally leading sophisticated projects.
Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Display strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
Experience in Service Desk and Industrial Manufacturing domains is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to drive projects that align with organizational goals and societal impact.

What will help you stand out (preferred skills)

PMP PgMP or equivalent project management certification.
