Senior Guidewire Tester with Earnix Experience

We are looking for a Senior QA profile (Manual Testing) with extensive experience in Guidewire Policy Center and Earnix rating testing tool.

In this role, you will:

Monitor and report on test progress defects and overall quality metrics.
Conduct thorough reviews of test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure they meet project requirements.
Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to provide input on testability.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Offshore, Onshore, and other team members to complete the deliverables.

What you'll need to succeed (required skills):

Overall, 7 to 10 years of IT experience focused on QA in Guidewire Testing with strong knowledge in P&C insurance domain.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Policy Center functional, Rating testing and regression testing.
Must have hands-on rating testing experience with Earnix rating testing tool.
Must have strong Rating/Premium validation experience using various rating tools.
Expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance with a deep understanding of business processes and scenarios.
Good insurance demonstrated ability, E2E, policy Life cycle is required.
Experience in Requirement analysis, test cases creation, execution, defect reporting and retesting.
Must have hands-on manual testing experience.
Must have experience in Agile and well versed in standard QA processes.
