Project Coordinator - 6 months contractual position
The Project Coordinator, Integrated Programs plays a key role in supporting the successful planning and implementation of home healthcare initiatives and projects. This position collaborates closely with Business Development and Clinical Design management and leadership, Information Technology, Finance, and operations teams to successfully facilitate work plans and activities involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of home health care programs and projects. The Project Coordinator, Integrated Programs is detail-oriented, highly self-motivated, committed, and hard-working with strong interpersonal and communication skills and works with multiple internal and external stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Reporting to the Program Manager, Integrated Programs, the ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, an understanding of healthcare, home care, hospitals, and other government systems to successfully implement projects and other initiatives, as well as a proven ability to complete administrative and coordination tasks involving multidisciplinary teams. The Project Coordinator, Integrated Programs supports the completion of projects and programs on time, within scope, and supports work to meet financial goals and budgets.
The Project Coordinator will have the ability to work from home with minimal in-office days in a hybrid model.
