As an ERP Project Implementation Lead, you will be accountable for providing ERP leadership and implementation expertise to drive the multi-year rollout of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Vendor of Record for Standard Backend Solutions (ERP - Financial and Human Capital Management) across all public sector organizations.
You will oversee the planning, management, implementation, and delivery of business and functional requirements for these platforms, working with business and executive stakeholders from concept through to adoption and implementation, while serving as a key liaison for successful integration and execution of Supply Ontario's ERP initiative.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and developing project scope, defining deliverables, building consensus across all potential users, ensuring controls are in place for any changes in scope through governance structure.
  
• Identifying potential risks, challenges, and issues early in the project lifecycle to develop and execute risk mitigation strategies.
• Developing comprehensive milestone plans to track the progress of all onboarded clients and potential new public sector clients, ensuring organizational goals are achieved within desired timelines.
  
• Creating meaningful KPI's to ensure the successful execution of this large-scale project.
  
• Providing regular status updates to stakeholders at all levels across the organization to ensure transparency and alignment with project objectives.
  
• Documenting current state and future process workflows, ensuring business participation and sign off to new Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Standard Backend Solutions Vendor of Record (VOR).
• Fostering effective communication and building strong relationships amongst project stakeholders.
  
• Assisting in RFP gathering, development, and evaluation processes for the new Managed Service Provider (MSP) as required.
  

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred or equivalent experience.
  
• 6 - 8 years of experience in leading the delivery of large-scale IT projects, with a proven track record of managing multi-stakeholders at varying levels.
  
• Expertise in implementing ERP solutions (Financial & Human Capital Management) and proven experience in successfully delivering large-scale ERP projects within a multi-tenant environment would be considered an asset.
  
• Direct management experience leading teams and large enterprise projects, with an emphasis on service delivery is considered an asset.
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of project management services and strong knowledge of the project life cycle phases, requirements, and interconnections for the implementation of the core standard ERP systems for Finance and Human Capital Management.
• In-depth knowledge of the procurement lifecycle and strategic procurement principles, practices, approaches, and techniques in public/private sector procurement.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and engage at all organizational levels with the ability to cultivate and sustain high quality professional relationships with stakeholders, clients and supplier community.
  
• Ability to obtain buy-in for opportunity, process development, and re-design leading to promoting recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Strong political acumen, to recognize and consider sensitive situations that may become political.
• Advanced problem-solving, conceptual, and creative thinking skills with an ability to identify trends and interrelationships.
• Analytical skills to develop, streamline, and track mechanisms and performance measures to report on the progress of project.
  
• Excellent written and oral communications skills to conduct and lead presentations, discussions, communications tools, and prepare briefings for senior and executive management.
  
• Advance level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and other internal applications, as required.

This job offers the opportunity to work from home as part of a hybrid work arrangement; at the time of posting, this position would require in-office presence 3 days per week, based on current operational requirements.
