Here's what you'll be doing

As the Commercial Account Manager - Fleet Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our parts department. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients, including small businesses, corporations, and lease management companies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet clients, understanding their business needs and offering customized vehicle and service solutions.

Sales & Business Development:

• Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
• Prepare and present proposals tailored to clients' specific fleet requirements, including financing, leasing, and service packages.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Market Expertise & Consulting:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle options, configurations, and cost-saving strategies for fleet management.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their operational needs and recommend scalable fleet solutions.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Work closely with the dealership's finance, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support.
• Coordinate vehicle orders, deliveries, and customization requests to meet client expectations.

Client Retention & Satisfaction:

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics and suggest enhancements to maximize efficiency.

You need these qualifications

• Experience:
  3+ years in a sales or account management role, ideally in the automotive or fleet industry.
• Skills:
  
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Knowledge:
  Familiarity with fleet operations, vehicle specifications, financing options, and local market trends in Toronto.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and dealership management systems.
• Licensing:
  Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record. Successful completion of Automotive Certification Course -OMVIC.

It would be nice if

• You have a post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field.
