We are currently seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Client Services Representative for our prestigious government client. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are fluent in both French and English and have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist internal and external clients with information, explanations, and written materials, and responding to phone inquiries, written inquiries and referring complex or sensitive inquiries to designated staff via an escalation process.
- Report on inquiry trends by preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; and logging inquiries in the database.
- Provide accurate information from client's publications and resources, referring complex requests to specialists, and handling customer complaints with empathy, escalating unresolved concerns to appropriate areas.
- Research and update information tools (databases, manuals, Intranet) to ensure reliable customer support, contacting specialists and following up with customers as needed.
- Manage database records including call tracking and stakeholder contacts.
- Handle supply forms, brochures, and resources, assist customers in completing forms and forward them to appropriate program areas.
- Perform clerical tasks like using Microsoft Office to write/edit materials, manage customer service records, update inventory, and provide support for office activities (e.g., photocopying, clerical assistance).
What We're Looking For:
- Advanced written and verbal French proficiency (required).
- Knowledge of client service principles and call center systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills to assess customer needs.
- Excellent listening and interviewing skills to clarify and address customer concerns.
- Clear and concise communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in personal computing software (word processing, databases, spreadsheets, internet), call tracking systems, and customer relationship management programs.
