We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Luxury Spa Massage Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a stunning natural setting, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional, engaging, and friendly service to guests, while maintaining a clean and neat work environment. This role requires the ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service to guests
Perform 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120-minute massage and body treatments as certified/trained to do
Maintain a clean and neat work environment, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order
Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to needs and expectations
Maintain current professional licenses, CPR, First Aid, and participate in in-house training opportunities

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited 2200-hour massage program
Registered within the province of Alberta prior to beginning employment
Previous experience in a spa preferred
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Constant standing/walking throughout shift and must be able to lift and carry 20+ lbs

Physical Aspects of Position:

Lifting: Under 20lbs 10% of work time
Pushing: 35lbs pressure through wrists 80% of work time
Motions: Bending, standing, reaching, and working with hands, arms, and fingers continuously throughout workday

Estimated Salary: $65-$70 per hour, plus commission pay, overtime pay, and tips.

Work Environment: Indoor, with very limited exposure to sunlight.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent.

Expected Hours: 30-42 hours per week.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, day shifts, weekends as needed.

Language Requirement: English (no French required).
