Job Title: Amazon Connect Architect
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Job description:
An Amazon Connect architect designs, develops, and deploys contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. They also advise customers on how to use Amazon Connect to achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities
Design solutions : Create contact center solutions that meet customer needs
Guide strategy : Define the technical direction for AWS Connect solutions
Lead development : Manage the design, development, and deployment of contact center solutions
Skills
Experience with Amazon Connect and services
Experience with serverless development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with serverless IaC, such as Terraform and/or CloudFormation
