In addition to a dynamic work environment, the successful candidates will receive:

• A minimum of three weeks of vacation (15 days) prorated, plus five additional days during the Christmas holiday season.
• Access to health benefits and the RSP program.
• Compensation ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, based on work experience.
• Opportunities to work on pioneering projects aimed at promoting forest innovation, advancing biobased materials, and decarbonizing heavy industries.

Position Overview

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and ensuring the continuity of CRIBE's programs and services. This role involves collaborating with the Manager, CEO, and support staff to manage scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and the successful execution of programming. The successful candidates will also play a pivotal role in supporting CRIBE's mission to promote advanced biomaterials, foster the decarbonization of heavy industries, and contribute to the development of a circular economy by driving sustainable practices in the forest sector and beyond.

Job Duties

• Design, develop, and deliver impactful programs.
• Manage communications, promotion, and outreach for programs.
• Oversee and monitor program budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Lead and participate in regular meetings with the Manager and CEO; plan and facilitate virtual and in-person meetings and workshops with external interest-holders.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and interest-holders.
• Coordinate all stages of program planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Engage stakeholders to advance initiatives that promote the circular economy and enhance resource efficiency within the forest sector and broader manufacturing.
• Keep detailed, accurate records of program progress and outcomes.
• Provide administrative support to the team as required.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for program management.
• Create, produce, and distribute promotional and program materials.
• Gather and analyze feedback to ensure continuous program improvement.
• Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Additional managerial duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum:
  Secondary School Diploma; University degree in Business Management, Forestry, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 -5 years of work experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
• Demonstrated project management and time management abilities.
• Must be willing to travel frequently within the local area and province, with occasional travel on a national and international level.
• Proven experience facilitating and coordinating stakeholder workshops and information sessions (both in-person and virtual)
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Esri GIS programs is an asset.
• Experience in communications or project management is an asset.
