Job Summary:
Manage pharmacy operations, lead staff, and ensure high-quality patient care in acute and pediatric settings. We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Adhere to OCP and NAPRA standards of practice, including Federal and Provincial laws and regulations
• Ensure patient care is provided according to evidence-based practices
• Continuously evaluate and improve pharmacy operations and patient care services
• Foster relationships with CATC physicians and clinic staff to provide optimal patient care
Essential Competencies:
• Patient-centered pharmacy practice skills
• Leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Employment Requirements:
• Part A pharmacist registration with the OCP
• CAMH Opioid Dependence Treatment Certification
• Experience with Kroll Pharmacy Software is an asset
