Ta mission: Veiller au bon fonctionnement et au développement des technologies de l'entreprise.
Plus précisément:
Installer et configurer le matériel informatique, les logiciels de réseaux et les systèmes d'exploitation pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations;
Assurer l'entretien régulier des équipements informatiques, diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques rencontrés par les utilisateurs, et fournir un soutien technique de première ligne;
Superviser et maintenir les réseaux locaux (LAN) et étendus (WAN) de l'entreprise, en veillant à leur performance, leur sécurité et leur fiabilité;
Mettre en œuvre des mesures de sécurité pour protéger les données sensibles de l'entreprise, y compris la gestion des pares-feux, la détection des intrusions et la mise à jour des logiciels antivirus;
Effectuer des sauvegardes régulières des données, restaurer les informations en cas de besoin et gérer les bases de données utilisées par l'entreprise;
Tenir à jour la documentation technique, y compris les procédures, les configurations système et les journaux d'incidents, pour faciliter la maintenance et le support futurs;
Former le personnel sur l'utilisation efficace des systèmes informatiques et des logiciels spécifiques à l'entreprise, et fournir des conseils pour optimiser leur utilisation;
Se tenir informé des nouvelles technologies et des meilleures pratiques en matière de TI pour proposer des améliorations et des mises à jour pertinentes aux systèmes existants (Veille technologique);
Négocier et analyser les services des différents fournisseurs.
