DESCRIPTION DU POSTE: Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un(e) Préposé(e) aux bénéficiaires empathique et soucieux(euse) du bien-être des résidents.
Le/la préposé(e) aux résidents voit au confort, au bien-être, à la sécurité et aux besoins généraux des résidents en leur prodiguant des soins d'hygiènes et de confort. Horaire de nuit.
RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES:
Administrer la médication selon les principes sécuritaires et le code de déontologie
Aider et accompagner les résidents dans leurs déplacements
Aviser l'infirmier(ière) et/ou le/la responsable des services de santé de tous changements observés à l'état de santé des résidents
Contribuer à l'ajustement du plan d'intervention des résidents par ses observations
Respecter et favoriser une prise en charge proactive chez les résidents
Respecter les normes et règlements en conformité avec la certification des résidences privées pour aînés et politiques de l'employeur
Réaliser un ensemble de soins de santé et d'hygiène dans le respect de l'intégrité et de la dignité des résidents, en collaboration avec l'équipe
Répondre aux sonneries d'appel
Répondre à toutes situations d'urgence
