• Planifier et coordonner les activités de son service de façon à atteindre les objectifs de vente et de rentabilité fixés par le

• S'assurer que le magasin soit prêt à recevoir la clientèle tant à l'égard de la quantité de marchandises, à l'étiquetage des produits, à la rotation des denrées périssables qu'aux commandes de produits manquants;
• Organiser le travail de l'équipe selon les besoins opérationnels;
• S'assurer que l'équipe offre la meilleure expérience client ;
• Assurer la gestion des achats, des inventaires, des listes de prix, de la mise en marché;
• Appliquer les politiques et procédures, respecter les normes d'hygiène gouvernementales ainsi que les normes de santé et sécurité au travail et faire en sorte qu'elles soient appliquées et respectées de façon uniforme par tous les employé

• Assurer un prêt-aux-affaires répondant aux besoins de la clientèle ;
• Former, superviser, évaluer et motiver les membres de son équipe;
• Gérer la prévention des pertes (gaspillages, vols, pertes d'inventaires, bris);
• Respecter les budgets relatifs au département;

• 3 à 5 ans dans un commerce de détail;
• 3 ans dans l'alimentationCompétences recherchées :
• Expérience en gestion;
• Être orienté vers la clientèle;
• Bonne habileté de communication;
