faire preuve d'autonomie, de débrouillardise, d'organisation et de proactivité. Il doit avoir une grande capacité
d'adaptation car ses tâches seront réparties auprès de différentes entreprises. Il faut aimer le travail varié et d'équipe. Il faut
être à l'aise de gérer plusieurs mandats en tenant toujours compte des priorités. Toute personne de 50+ ans est
la bienvenue !
Tâches :
Cycle comptable complet, incluant les écritures de journal, les transactions inter-sociétés, les rapprochemants bancaires, etc.
Comptabilité de gestion de projet
Analyses financières
Gestion des comptes payables et des comptes fournisseurs
Préparation des audits annuels
Processus de fins de mois et des courus
Préparation des états financiers mensuels
Exigences :
DEC ou Baccalauréat en comptabilité
Maîtrise du cycle comptable complet, jusqu'aux états financiers
Expérience pertinente (minimum 2 ans)
Expérience dans l'utilisation de Quickbooks et/ou Sage : un atout
Bonne maîtrise des environnements technologiques, collaboratifs et des logiciels d'usage courant (Suite
Office)
Excellente communication orale et écrite, capacité de discrétion et confidentialité
Sens de l'organisation, des responsabilités, souci du détail, rigueur et polyvalence, sens des priorités et une
capacité à trouver des solutions
Être bilingue français / anglais : un atout
INDISPENSABLE : citoyenneté canadienne, statut de résident permanent ou permis de travail en règle
