Au quotidien en tant qu'adjoint(e) aux opérations vous aurez à,
S'assurer d'offrir un bon service à la clientèle et aux employés;
Remplir et administrer le logiciel de Nomade, répartir la machinerie et la main-d'oeuvre sur les divers chantiers, bancs et carrières ou pour les tâches à accomplir en suivant les recommandations du surintendant général;
Planification et répartition des camionneurs;
Approuver les feuilles de temps des camionneurs;
Autoriser les demandes de congés des camionneurs;
Produire les bons de commande pour les factures de location de machinerie;
S'occuper de préparer les dossiers de facturation;
Tenir à jour le registre pour les taux de location de machinerie et prix des agrégats des fournisseurs;
Envois de courrier spécialisé;
Ouverture et fermeture pour les branchements Bell et Hydro;
Effectuer la réservation de billets d'avion et d'hôtel pour les chargés de projets;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Compétences:
DEP en secrétariat (atout)
Sens de l'organisation et bon jugement;
Ponctuel, autonome;
Bonnes connaissances des différents types d'équipements;
Connaissances en informatique;
Bonne communication;
Service à la clientèle et entregent.
