About CoSA - Ottawa
Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA) Ottawa is a community-based reintegration program, based on restorative justice principles - articulated by its twin mottoes:
No More Victims and No One is Disposable - for people who have been incarcerated for committing sexual offences and are returning to the community.
'Core Members' participate in the program voluntarily and are committed to leading an offence-free life.
We are looking for a Treasurer to join our Board of Directors.

Our office is located at 211 Bronson Ave (Unit 236) but the position will be virtual.
The organization will benefit from the financial expertise and oversight provided by the Treasurer, ensuring transparent and effective management of resources.
This role will help strengthen the organization's sustainability, enabling CoSA Ottawa to better support its core members and fulfill its mission.
The volunteer will gain valuable experience in financial management and governance within a non-profit organization, develop skills in budgeting and reporting, and enhance their understanding of restorative justice and community reintegration.
Additionally, the volunteer will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in the lives of individuals and the community.
