We are currently seeking a passionate Sales Manager for our Ottawa concept store located on Iris Street.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Manager contributes to the development and implementation of sales strategies, supervision of the sales team and ensures that sales and customer satisfaction objectives are met. The Sales Manager also assists the Store Manager in the day-to-day management of sales operations and the in-store customer experience. This position requires skills in leadership, operations management and sales performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team in achieving the store's objectives;
  • Ensure effective communication within the team
  • Maximize the team's sales by offering constructive and mobilizing feedback on their performance;
  • Provide onboarding and training to team members, in terms of products, suppliers and internal policies;
  • Maintain the brand image through exceptional customer service;
  • Ensure customers case management and offer appropriate solutions in order to offer an optimal customer experience;
  • Develop strong business relationships with clients and ensure the development of business relationships with the designer community;
  • Participate in the implementation of the store's marketing strategies;
  • Create the work schedules for the team in place;
  • Manage the in-store inventory;
  • Support the store operations and enforce company policies and procedures;
  • Ensure respect and cleanliness of the store with the maintenance team;
  • Promote respect of company policies and procedures.

Required skills

  • You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in a similar role;
  • You are a person with unifying leadership and strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You have strong communication skills (knowledge of French will be considered an asset);
  • You have a strategic mind and are constantly in solution mode to ensure the satisfaction of your clients and your sales team;
  • You have a strong sense of work organization and demonstrate autonomy and dynamism;
  • You possess qualities to maximize engagement and the performance of your sales team, to recognize their strengths and develop their talents;
  • You feel comfortable and are motivated by working under pressure;
  • You feel comfortable with IT and office tools;
  • You know the importance of discretion and demonstrate attention for details.

Sous la supervision du Directeur général du Magasin, le. la Directeur. trice des Ventes contribue au développement et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies de vente, supervise l'équipe de vente et s'assure que les objectifs de ventes et de satisfaction client sont atteints. Le. la titulaire du poste assiste également le Directeur général du Magasin dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations de vente et l'expérience client en magasin. Ce poste exige des compétences en leadership, gestion des opérations et analyse de la performance des ventes.

Responsabilités

  • Diriger et motiver l'équipe de vente afin d'atteindre les objectifs du magasin;
  • Assurer une communication efficace au sein de l'équipe;
  • Maximiser les ventes de l'équipe en fournissant des retours constructifs et motivants sur leurs performances;
  • Assurer l'intégration et la formation des membres de l'équipe sur les produits, les fournisseurs et les politiques internes;
  • Maintenir l'image de marque par un service client exceptionnel;
  • Gérer les cas clients et proposer des solutions appropriées afin d'offrir une expérience client optimale;
  • Développer des relations d'affaires solides avec les clients et la communauté des designers;
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre des stratégies marketing du magasin;
  • Créer les horaires de travail de l'équipe;
  • Gérer l'inventaire en magasin;
  • Soutenir les opérations du magasin et faire respecter les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise;
  • Assurer la propreté et l'entretien du magasin avec l'équipe d'entretien;
  • Encourager le respect des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.

Compétences requises

  • Vous avez un minimum de 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
  • Vous êtes reconnu. e pour votre leadership rassembleur, vos compétences en communication et vos relations interpersonnelles;
  • Vous avez un esprit stratégique et êtes toujours en mode solution pour assurer la satisfaction de vos clients et de votre équipe de vente;
  • Vous avez un bon sens de l'organisation, êtes autonome et dynamique;
  • Vous possédez les qualités nécessaires pour stimuler l'engagement et la performance de votre équipe, reconnaître leurs forces et développer leurs talents;
  • Vous êtes à l'aise et motivé(e) par le travail sous pression;
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et bureautiques;
  • Vous avez une aisance, tant verbale qu'écrite, avec l'anglais;
  • Vous savez l'importance de la discrétion et avez le souci du détail.
