Position: HRBP
Location: Ottawa
Salary: $41 per hour
JobType: Full-time 1-year contract
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with our client's HR leadership team and play a critical role in supporting the execution of key HR programs and initiatives. These include talent management, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, compensation planning, and employee relations. This role requires innovative thinking, strategic development, and a results-oriented mindset to support and drive HR excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to address performance needs and implement HR solutions.
- Support employee engagement, change management, and leadership development.
- Execute HR programs with excellence, ensuring tools and resources are accessible.
- Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in operations or related environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.
