As an Account Director (Janitorial), reporting to the District Manager, you will provide full oversight of custodial services and leadership of our team of staff at our Airport location.
In this role, you will be client-facing and responsible for the successful execution of the scope of the project as well as delivering on key deliverables for our company, including managing profit and loss, human resources, operational excellence, and the health and safety of our employees.

Your work will include:

Understand that client retention is embedded as a daily process through thoughtful action and attitude, utilizing the Tenacity Client for Life methodology.
Ensure a visible Account-level presence to foster and maintain effective working relationships with all Clients.
Align key Dexterra contacts with like positions or titles within the client organization and create a relationship matrix (Web of Influence).
Communicate performance expectations, monitor and reward performance to ensure plans, goals, and budgets are met.
Act as a talent scout using networks to help identify, recruit, and vet proposed Dexterra People.
Ensure succession plans are regularly reviewed and plans for career growth are supported by a personal development plan.
Have a strategic selling mindset and utilize the Miller Heiman sales methodology and process.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management specifically in Aviation.
Federal Government Security Clearance required.
Awareness of technical elements needed to deliver services support.
Ability to attract, develop, and retain employees, providing a safe, supportive work environment, supporting people strategies.
A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
