The Global HR Experience Solutions team is looking for a Workday Configuration Consultant to support our HRIS Workday in the areas of configuration, production management, new feature adoption, and the development of solutions for complex business issues and system enhancements across Manulife's HR Tech Stack. The successful candidate will be a global subject matter expert and liaison of our HRIS Workday for our divisional and functional representatives. In this capacity, you will build new configuration and reporting solutions based on the business requirements, oversee the data integrity to enable reporting, and lead day-to-day operational improvements. In addition to supporting Workday, you will also be responsible for troubleshooting and enhancing other HR technologies including our recognition and learning platforms.

Salary range is expected to be between: $70,350.00 CAD - $117,250.00 CAD
