Pay Details: $91,200 - $136,800 CAD

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

CUSTOMER

1. Participate with a governance view as the team identifies, recommends, sources, negotiates, and implements improvements/solutions (buy/build/reuse) to enhance customer experience, availability, and/or reduce cost in support of client needs.
2. Influence product direction, foresee issues and gaps, identify solutions, and work comfortably with leading edge products that are untested/unproven in the market.
3. Collaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, vendors/outsourced partners to assess viability/priority of projects/initiatives and ensure issues are clearly communicated.
4. Ensure appropriate security levels are established and maintained for processes, information exchange, and system implementations.
5. Interface with audit to ensure all artifacts are in order.
6. Drive and manage controls environment covering change management, production implementation, compliance and audit controls, and business continuity.
7. Participate in/manage regulatory examinations and external/internal audits regarding CIAM portfolio, reviewing, packaging, and providing information for department executives.
8. Participate in cross-functional/enterprise initiatives as a subject matter expert helping to identify risk/provide guidance for complex situations.
9. Conduct meaningful research, analysis, and assessment of Compliance program activities at the functional level using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and assess the effectiveness of enterprise Compliance programs.
10. Deliver relevant subject matter expertise and Compliance advice to business Compliance partners.
11. Interact with control functions within the organization.
12. Prepare summaries, presentations, briefing notes, and any other required documentation to effectively report on the status of the Compliance program.
13. Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to activities for our business area.
14. Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite.
15. Ensure respective programs/policies/practices are professionally managed, meet business needs, comply with internal and external requirements, and align with business priorities.
16. Lead on the implementation of governance and control initiatives in support of the overall business/function strategy.
17. Manage a set of business governance and control work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas.

SHAREHOLDER

1. Review, define, enforce and influence standards and appropriate quality measures/metrics.
2. Adhere to existing processes/standards, business technology architecture, risk and production capacity guidelines; plan, monitor and escalate issues as required.
3. Follow standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and applicable Business Recovery Plans (BRP).
4. Comply with well-defined enterprise technology delivery practices and standards and project management disciplines.
5. Assist in the development/maintenance of comprehensive processes for prevention of issues and participate in problem determination and timely resolution of incidents.
6. Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in own area and keep current with emerging industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in the external market that can contribute to delivering effective client solutions.
7. Develop/maintain expertise of system development methodologies, key business initiatives/issues, IT implications for systems/technologies, and impact on business solutions.
8. May develop and/or contribute to negotiations of third-party contracts/agreements.

1. Primary subject matter expert in multiple areas and consults with clients/or project teams with respect to all aspects of operational support/solutions.
2. Works independently and/or autonomously as a senior/lead on a diverse range of tasks/operational support of solutions and is relied upon to coach/educate others.
3. Assignments are highly complex and multifaceted.
4. Acts as a key resource in the exchange of technical/Governance information for project teams, the business, and/or outside vendors.
5. Generally reports to a Senior Manager or Executive.
6. Must be flexible and thrive in an environment of rapid change.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

1. Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities.
2. Complete GRC Functions to conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Working knowledge/experience with standard security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and/or CIS.
4. One or more security certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security (CIS), CISM, CEH, CIIRT, CIRT, CERT, Security+.
5. Undergraduate degree or Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
6. Graduate degree preferred.
7. 7+ years relevant experience.
8. NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF), ITIL, Cloud.
9. IT Risk and controls background (experience in Audit or lines of defense processes).
10. Advanced knowledge of the business and technology standards.
11. IAM understanding (IAM products, relevant technology, and industry best practices).
12. Demonstrated ability to assess priorities quickly and adapt as needed.
13. Prior experience with building pRCSA's.
14. Strong organizational awareness with an ability to influence outside of a direct reporting relationship by balancing viewpoints of various stakeholders.
